How We Carry Out This Service

We assess your floor type: suspended timber (with a void beneath) or solid concrete slab.

For suspended floors: mineral wool batts are fitted between the floor joists from below, supported by netting.

For concrete floors: rigid PIR board is laid over the existing slab, with a new floor surface on top.

All gaps around the edges and at junctions are sealed to prevent draughts.
